Indigo Ridge Lot #13

Here is a rendering of a new floor plan being built at Indigo Ridge. This is the Ironwood "gable" and is currently under construction on lot #13. Completion date is 10/21/11. This garage under floor plan is 2,289 sqft and features the following: an over-sized 2 car garage, a great room on the main including a nook, kitchen island, butlers pantry, formal dinning room, den/office, a covered rear patio and a large covered front deck. Upstairs is the master, two additional bedrooms, a hall bath with double sinks, laundry room & a large media/bonus room.

Here is a picture of the foundation cutting into the hill. The back yard will have two levels. An area just off the covered rear patio and then a few steps up...a very nice flat back yard!

The second picture show a detail of how Arbor Custom Homes helps eliminate water intrusion. A rubberized roll or spray on membrane (the black material) is a applied to the subterranean foundation. Then the orange drain board is mounted to the foundation. A perforated drain pipe is laid around the base of the foundation and back filled with gravel. Water will run through the gravel & down to the pipe & drawn away from the home. The orange drain board also moves water along the side of the foundation. The black rubberized membrane fills in any cracks and is flexible...providing excellent protection. In this floor plan, there are no living spaces below grade.
